lol it all seems the same to me....PS3 FTW! its got da blue rey! cheap cheap, nintendo is washed up! PS3 is teh better sys for the price!!
and we say....no its not, blue ray looks like it may suck, nintendo aint going anywhere. its cheap and has good games but is not on a technological par with the PS3.
We say the same things in a round about way all the time...in each of these posts.
Bottom line: PS3 will sell well, Wii will sell well.....neither is going to force bankrupcy on either side....neither is going to drive one another from the market place.

Don't forget, Betamax DID end up being the winner....in a different market. The Betamax was shrunk down just a bit and redubbed the Video-8 (Hi-8), which was the dominant format for Camcorders for the next 15 years

Hmmm....I don't think I ever bashed the PS3 or predicted it was going to flop. In fact I know it'll sell well, and as a gaming system it will excel. I do, however, think the blue ray might kick them in the ass...just my opinion.
The point I always defended was when people would backlash against our arguments saying the Wii will flop and that will be the end of it as a viable console....which I strongly disagree with. Each console has its selling points that I believe will make each console successful in it's own right.

To Stav. You say that the Wii supporters make no new or valid arguments, yet below are several. The only way Bananaman ever responded to these are smilies and huge capital letters. I have even said, and I doubt anyone will argue that the PS3 has better graphical capabilities then the Wii, that is no question and if one does try arguing it they are unintelligent.
