This evening I spent 30 mins on the mobile waiting to talk to an advisor. When they answered they told me I was lost in the queue. :angry:
So after a chat about upgrading they basically say that they don't care unless you spend a lot of money on your mobile bill a day! :angry:
So now I have to cancel my contract only to take another out again as an online offer. Stupid when they can't even match their OWN internet offers! :mellow:
