Well it is sony's fault they made a system so ungodly expensive to develop a game for that none of the publishers want to risk it on a system that has sold so bad. So this is a bad situation. The hardware won't start sellling until there are lots of A+ games out, but the publishers are reluctant to work on those big budget games until they see the hardware sales go up first.

I think sony also depends way too much on third parties. Basically their first party games division blows for the most part. I don't see why they didn't rework God of War 2 for PS3 like Ninty did with Zelda and Paper Mario; I'm sure that would have helped. That is a major advantage for Wii in that the makers of the system are the same company that put out at least 5 or 6 giant hit games for their own system every year. Sure you also need third parties. But if Sony was able to have put out more great games from their own first parties over the past 6 months they wouldn't have this problem.

Don't worry Namco have some really advanced games in the works.
 
I really don't care who wins the console wars... more games for me to play. I am just turned off to the game releases that I have seen thus far for the PS3. I'm sure that some game companies will use the Blu-Ray to its full potential and release some great games.

But for now I'm a 360 aholic and I have a bitter taste for the PS3, at least until I see some good game lineups and a price drop. :wink:

Modded XBOX (Complete N64, NES, SEGA game lineup)
XBOX360

Had: Dreamcast, PS1, PS2, Gamecube (Stolen.. bastards), NES, SNES, SEGA GENESIS, [SIZE=-1]Atari 2650, N64[/SIZE]
Got rid of these consoles when I was moving during the summer and I hardly played them.. and since my XBOX was modded It just saved space really.

I think xBox 360 lineup sucks balls too except for 1 game, Dead Rising, (almost every other good game on there is something I can get on PC) and I refuse to buy that system too. So my argument stands. :p

Then I heard it was also comming out for 360.

Now I hear that Square is putting games out on the 360.
