There is this fun rule everyone has to follow about being on time. Yeah, that doesn't fly for me. I couldn't be on time to save my life. I think I have punched in on time twice in the past two months and thats being generous. One of the morning managers has been bitching about it because "Al is favoring her letting her punch in late, no one else gets to." *Blahblah she is old and bitter*
lol how does Al solve the problem? I get to be a 1/2 hour late every day now my 5pm - 1am is now 5 / 5:30pm - 1am ..

At my work late is 9:30. If you are later than 9:30 more than 5 times in a quarter (either quarter or year or something like that I forget) every other time after that is counted as a .25 deduction in your raise that everyone gets every year. Average raise is 3% - so if you are late say 32 times after that first five, you get a -1% raise! Yup, you can loose money.

Most people get in by 8.
 
Where I work managers can write each other up *with in reason* lol for some reason I've never received a write up, as late as I always am and all. Being favored is fun.
