What the Eff about me screams

If you're happy, I'm. . .
"personal trainer"? Dear LORD.. all I seem to meet are PT's and I am thinking its they walk by me and think "Dear God. She needs my help!"

actually that is the "hot" field or should I say the easy way to get into the medical field. hey look at it this way most Physical trainers are well in shape and have mmmm nice shapes :D

.......many of my customers are PT centers :)

I'm sorry, but there should serious restrictions to becoming a PT. There are about 3 or 4 at my gym that there is no way in hell they should be allowed to tell people what to do.

*Gomi, Fluffy, Stavrose, Ultimo, and the rest of the group...this is a preemptive screw you because I know I set myself up.

Don't judge too quickly. I have a brother-in-law who used to be a competitive body builder until health problems forced him to give it up. He's got a bit of a belly now because he can't work out like he used to, but he knows his stuff.

Well no it's not that. Like these individuals look like they are in decent shape, but just talking to them they seem as if they have no knowledge of what they are doing outside of the scripted workouts the company shows them. If you ask specific questions about diet, workout programs, etc. You get canned responses and commercial plugs for things the company sponsors.

I think it's the same in any field Timi - there are some people who are born to know a specific field, and then others who are destined to read memorized scripts. The problem is usually management either can't find anyone worth their salt, or they can't (won't) afford the real thing.

The problem is that it becomes a huge liability and safety issue. There's already one guy that is suing the company that owns the gym because he was looking for specific exercises for his legs, but had told the trainer he had bad knees and didn't want to injure himself. The trainer told him to do squats that it was the best overall exercise for legs, which it is great for legs, but horrible on knees and especially if you have bad knees, definitely not good. Well, the guy went slapped some weight on the bars without any supervision and blew his knee out.

With any exercise if you don't use a proper technique, and not supervised if it's your first time, you're going to injure yourself.

What's great about that is, she only became alarmed after he spooged on her, not after the 2-piece bathing suit, not after the massage on her ass under her clothes, nor after the kisses on her face and neck. So, she would have been fine he he didn't blow his load on her.......Damn, I need to go back to high school.

Oh, and speaking of high school, meet everyone's new favorite pole vaulter:

ask if your personal trainer is a.c.e. certified ..if they arnt dont deal with them ... there are tons of certifications so dont get caught up in the "certified pt " tagline ... a.c.e. is the one acredidation thats accepted worldwide and in the industry is known as by far the hardest and most thorough in education and testing

haha you guys are pervs.. they are all really great down to earth people and one of them set me up with my summer job so I can't complain

*googles*

ROFL i just read the comments under the story!!

"can she clear 9"

That website and deadspin.com both provide excellent articles about "sports", as the articles are good, the comments (no open subscriptions, all commenters are the best sport bloggers around) are even better.
