I'm on Syntaxx and Zion rules :P. If an opponent is flagged PvP you can attack them and that will flag you PvP for a while. Like a TEF. I've never been pvp but occasionally a duel can be fun.
Yeah the event spawns were annoying. If you find a radar dish on a roof you can craft quite freely. Also they boost your skills by 100% +. Get Hyperjump when you can to help you escape.
