Okay. I've been in pain and I'm nervous

Tiveria

Sheeptastic!
So like two years ago I had a tiny blood clot in my chest. It was kind of painful, and really scary.

So on my way to work and most of this morning, I've been having a small knot of pain in the right side of my chest. I'm thinking it's most likely a muscle spasm or cramp of some sort, but I wanted to tell someone about it.

What do you think?

I get those, usually an intercostal muscle spasm...nothingto worry about just annoyingly painful, I always think I am having a heart attack or something. Just relax and breathe...

I'm one of those people that is always tense. I carry it all on my shoulders and neck. It's very very hard for me to really relax.

me too which is why I get headaches and bad back pain. Tai chi helps and remembering to breathe deeply and fully helps.

Thankfully I've got the breathing thing down. (thanks to music I've always had to learn how to breath right) crap the pain is now in my back, my neck, arm and hand now. grumble.

It's more in my shoulder, arm and neck now. Just normal muscle pains. So everything I need is now close to me.
