I like playing it still. They have new events at least every month with many missions. These actually advance the current storyline unlike SWG.

That's not true because so far SOE hasn't really done anything to it. Adding email is about it.

Over here the game has been so discounted its a bargain to buy, even if its only for a month.

It helps if you like the game subject. I happen to be a fan of the Matrix but not a hardcore one. It holds my interest when they do a new story part and I can jump in and out easily.
Also you can do what SWG can't now, which is swap skills. B)
I have Kung Fu but I can switch around a Gunslinger at any phone box. Plus I can learn crafter skills and now I build my own skill upgrades, health pills and clothes.
I've also yet to be in a proper guild but there are many RP fanatics out there. You can play for Zion, the Machines or the Merovigian.
It all depends on when you review a game. Review the NGE when it came out and review it now and you would get different results.In other words, now any game is better than SWG?

heres a review from someone who TRIED to play this peice of shit game
a while back when MxO came out i went and picked up the game, got a game card ..downloaded it installed it , then i go to subscribe with the game card and it tells me my card number is already in use(ive had this problem with swg before but they fixed it)
I wait for 30 minuts on the phone to finally got connected to a rep and told em what happened, gave them the card number and the guy tells me i gota go buy a new card and he hung up
so , me getting bored of swg and really wanting to play, my dumbass goes and buys another card with the hope of it working, i get home tear the box open and scratch off the card, the goddamn card didnt work again, get ahold of customer service and they said the same thing
i got ass raped out of money because theres nothing I can do, you cant return open game cards and with MxOs policy i cant make them give me my money :angry:

MxO, Mooby tested it and got sick of it within 3 days. He loves hack and slash games, and you know how repetitive they are. He said it was very repetitive and boring. And I was reading very similar reviews all around. So I went with it. I never tested it because I was stuck in swg when it was good for me.
