Looking for computer nerds - what vcard is better?

I'm thinking about upgraing my video card but I'm not sure what I should go with. I'm looking for something a little new or current and I have it narrowed down to the 8800 GTX and 8800 Ultra.. Is there any huge difference between the two?

Believe Ultra is better.
But the price is going to be higher and you may not notice.

Ultra is just a faster clocked version of the GTX. So thats higher memory, core and shader clock speeds, which does all mean it does perform faster.

It is hardwise technically no different, so you could be quiet happy with the GTX, overclock it to Ultra speeds, maybe more, and save yourself abit of money

yep I agree with Lethos, you can always use riva tuner and over clock the card.

Does your MOBO support crossfire or SLI? You may be able to get two cheaper cards and have it out preform the single card.
