Just make sure you have a lot of drinks on hand. Water is best. And remember tht Yellow isn't the spicey kind of curry.

Well I love spicy and heat (suicide wings and such, hot sauce on everything) but will try mild to see if I like :)

i was in england and used to eat at these 2 Indian place (which if your dumb is mainly differnt types of curry), and i wanted to try something new, and i like kinda hot and spicy but not TOO much, so i get a order of this stuff that was listed "slightly hot". now i dont know if they eat nothing but fire and coals, but this "slightly hot" dish was SO hot that i could only have 2 bites, and my stomach burned more then any liquer id ever had. it sucked

we do that as well. But I don't like real spicy she does. She eats fish sauce with it too. YUCK.
