horrible school internet needs to die

My schools network sucks. Last year it use to be so great and fast, now during peak hours i'll be pushing to get 10kbps. the only time the internet is use able for anything seems to be at 11 at night until about 6. its so frustrating doing anything on the net, even this site, it can barely handle

I bought dialup service last year because my dorm connection was worse than 4 kps

Okay I'm not in a dorm, but my brother goes to college and we get wireless from the college since he goes to school there.

And damn it if we don't lag like we're worse than 28.8 kbps one second and jump to 500 kbps the next. Usually I'm running 300 ms to Wanderhome and out of nowhere BAM 2000 ms ping. Let me tell you it kicks ass - as in kicks my ass off the server and I have to restart SWG every dang time.
