Ah, atleast over here medical boards don't turn away dieing people, and for that matter I'd say the rate of mal practice in the US is a lot higher than in the UK.

As far as any system run by human beings it is not perfect but the prawn one that's fucked up.
 
As for the daily mail, I had look they don't have one positive story about the NHS, when there are thousands every single day.

Sad really that only bad news sells papers.
 
i think you are missing the point banana. it is the daily mail lol. i bet they managed to write up a bad story on that soldier who dove on a grenade to save his squad

not all papers are like that, though you are right in that the majority is bad news
