Me I ahve found my calling in Craps -- out of the last 5 times ive played ive made close to a grand :)

Started with street craps in between poker games with friends. Took that knowledge to a casino, read some strategy books (I go into a game with as much info as I can before betting money) and was teaching the same friends better ways to manage money by the 3rd time.

Black Jack I used to like -- but now realize it is beginers gambling -- but fun

Poker -- well I may be entering a championship for 20 grand at the borgotta soon -- and a chance for a seat at the world cup of poker -- how i look at it my buy in is a lesson agains tthe worlds greatest -- i wont win but will learn so I can win in the future.

1-800-gambler for help :p

Im not addicted I never go in with more then i can lose -- plus mac machines only pay out 400 a day and another 400 after midnight -- the most i can be down is 800 in a session. Usually 300 is enough to start with and take the swings at most tables with minimum of 25 dolalr bets.

I also hate slot machines.

I'm not a gambler generally with my own cash simply because I'm not the richest girl in the world.

We do have two casinos in CT. So when I go, i play the slots. They're cheap, and I always set a limit to spend.

For non-cash I love Blackjack and poker. Roulette is kind of cool too. I've never played craps, I wouldn't know where to start. I'd throw the dice and look really silly at the house person to tell me if I won or not.

forgive me but i always thought that craps were something you did in the toilet and you most certainly dont play games with them

If I were to gamble it'd be Blackjack... because... well.... It's the only thing I know how to play :p

The thing with craps you need tyo play it to learn it -- i had honestly spent a year goigna nd watching i na casino --- i didnt understand, then i took out money wone daty walked u pand said what do i do -- the dealers will tech you the basics, from thier....

I just enjoy games-- hence why i played SWG :p -- moeny or none I dont watch tv -- I play games or read (alot)

I am refraining from voting in the poll, due to the fact that I have never discovered the allure in gambling.

I like Go Fish and Spades

and UNO (best)

Craps is a great numbers game. To both follow and play.

SINNER!

Nah, really I would've said I just don't gamble because:

a) My mom would have a fit.
B) I'm not that good with money.
c) I really don't have much money.
d) I already play the Lottery from time to time.

oh yeah and
e) Seeing all the people at the slot machines scares me - they're like zombies - put in money, pull lever, repeat.

It's even scarier now, most casinos have "player cards", essentially debit cards at the casino, folks wear the cards around their neck with a lariat, so when they sit down at the slot machine now they are literally leashed in as they play (card stays in as you play, but lariat is still around the neck). So they just hit a single button to play, no coins, no arm pull, just leash in, and button out...freaky...but then again, that's why I enjoy the tables much more so.

I have a player card. It's not a debit card at all. Basically it tracks how much you play and gives you bonuses based on how much you play. You can get free stuff from it. It's kind of like the cards you get a borders or a grocery store. Tracks you for them. No money is attached to the card.

Eh? Then how come I don't see these old bags (the typical 90 year old with her oxygen tank in one hand and her card in the other) not putting cash into the machines anymore? I assumed the cash was attached to the card cause no one was putting money in.

scratch tickets for the win, my dad got me excited by letting me scratch off all the stuff off the losing tickets!

Ah poop, I didn't read the Lottery option until now. Well, you can scratch that one sinner one and put it on lottery, cause if I win (if being the key word) I'm gonna win big.

i read this somewhere but its always appropriate. the lottery is a tax on people who dont understand statistics!

WOOT

Just got off the phone with my friend, we are going to Atlantic City Friday night, time to move some money around so I have more to spend :)

Craps here i come -- the thing I noticed with craps is, once you learn how to play it all the other games are boring as hell... there is no other game that can make you poor or rich in a few rolls of the dice, but you can still use a strategy.

Man I wish I had balls, last time i played craps I would have made 37,500 bucks -- but I didnt have the gonads to do it.

I threw 400 bucks on the horn and it hit, 30 to 1 odds -- (I usually dont bet those bets) so I made 3000 bucks and kept my original bet thier. It hits again -- another 3000, I think damit I shouldhave let it ride, but i decide to play smart anf take my horn bet back.. So Im up 6000 on 2 rolls of pure luck. Now the dice roll again after I pull the bet, and guess what it hits again ---

now if I were to let my winnings ride lets add it up -- 3,400 / 4 x 30 = 25,500 now it is a 5k max bet on the table at any time -- so 5k / 4 x 30 = 37,500. God dam it -- I need a bigger set of balls - and i was the roller when it hit --- fuckers.

Ooooooooooh, on the horn is terrible money for your odds. I much prefer the side bets, putting odds down and the come line.

yeah i hate the horn to but once all my bets are covered and i doulbe on the table i take a chance

her are my simple normal bets

Pass, then back up odds to max

Come, w/ max odds

and a second come w/ max odds.

Once each payout before a craps then i bet the horn 2 times in a row.
I know stupid strategy aqnd im usually throwing money away lol
