Sorry, I'm in aborted-rant mode today. I've cleared a good five meaty replies to shit that's pissed me off on the forums so far this morning and decided not to post instead. Just gonna be one of those days :/

Just to let everyone know.
Smedley has seen the comic, and in response ordered a shipment of 1200 Krispy Kreme donuts to be delivered to boys at Penny Arcade. :lol:
Also of note on the DC MMORPG:
Well things don't look good, SOE has sent out a job listing for a Creative Director of DCO...anyone wanna send a resume in?

I?ve been told that creative people simply don?t last long at SOE. I?ve heard so many horror stories from people in the industry who used to work at SOE or still languish there. The place comes off sounding like some kind of elephant graveyard where creative people go to die.
With that said I have to admit that those sons of bitches have a sense of humor. Smedley sent me an email this morning that just said he?d sent me a package. I assumed it was a bomb but just a few minutes ago a man showed up and proclaimed that he ?had our donuts?. That?s not something I expected to hear today. We followed him out to his truck where he showed us our 1,200 freshly baked Krispy Kreme donuts.

So Marvel has an MMORPG in the works too.
It's being put together by Microsoft for the Xbox 360.
Does that even count?
Anyway, I can already see a majority of the players there will be "grinding for X-Men." Waiting for the "Old Man" Xavier to pay them a visit, sending them off to the "Village" in Westchester County where they can do missions to move through the ranks of New Mutants, X-Factor, and whatever new borgeouis X-teams they can think of.
BTW, anyone see that new Avengers movie? That part where the Hulk busted Giant Man's kneecap almost made me do a spit take.
