I have rehabed these before what worries me is that they didnt mention if they replaced the mcl or just repaired it (or did i miss that?) Anyhow with good rehab and luck he could be back by the start of the season but i would bet more towards week 4.

Everything I read was the surgery went about as well as an ACL & MCL surgery could go. So, yeah probaby back in the first half of next season. Hopefully they won't try to push him to get back too fast. I can think of a certain quaterback who tried to come back from a surgery too fast and ended up sucking for a game and a half till he got re-injured again (think of a certain Jets quaterback who looks like he has the IQ of a wetnap).

Its all about the sideburns baby!

Ugh I am tempted to hope for a QB in the draft for the Jets.
/sigh
Maybe they will be good again....someday.

Im still trying to wrap my mind around the Herman Edwards move.

He had to go, he is a real nice guy, everyone likes him but he is NOT a good coach. He would make at least two stupid moves a game, don't even get me started about clock management, he was one of the worst clock managers in NFL history.
Hey, the Jets are the only team to lose their coach and actually get something for it.
[/b]
Oh, he was a crap coach, but a 4th round pick?
Actually the Raiders got something in return for John Gruden going to Tampa, forget what though.

Happy with 4th round pick, it isn't much, but it is good to get that extra role player or defense guy that lots of teams need.
I meant Jets were the only team to gid rid of their coach this year and get something in return (something like 8 coaches got sacked this off-season already).
