Random Thread: Circumcision

here in the U.S. the parents are asked if they want their kid circumcised. I believe circumcision originiated with the ancient Hebrews as a way to stay clean down there, since they didn't have showers and stuff. It helped prevent diseases and shit while they were slaves in Egypt and on their trip to the promised land. Nowadays, circumcision really has no point cause we have showers and stuff. There really is no added health benefit. Those who say "it helps you stay healthier" are ones who don't take, or don't like to take showers and wash up down there
 
I heard having a foreskin,and I can confirm this that it helps to prevent drying out, and adds to lubrication :blush: .

I think that whole crap about circumcision keeping it clean to prevent disease is a a lie. I read under several books about this and they actually mentioned that men with a circumsized penis have more problems with infections and what not. Anyways...I personally think its pretty disguisting that a parent would make the choice for their son to mutilate his penis. I mean come on, if some guy wants his penis like that when he is older...whatever, who cares let him do it when he is older. I just think its wrong to do it to someone who can't fight back or have any say in it.

Well I heard it increases the likely hood of premature ejaculation, and contributes to skin related disorders, as the foreskins primary function is protect your dick from outside bacteria.

If it is an informed and educated decision it is their choice.
 
Aren't there medical studies showing that circumcision reduces overall penis size by at least half an inch to one inch?

I also heard it reduces your sexual pleasure by something like 25% as theres alot of nerve endings there that get chopped off. :(
