The Movies

This game is a riot. The core game is kind of like the Sims, but in the end you can use the Sandbox mode and just make movies. You have loads of options to customize your movies, and once you make a few you can get quite creative. My best movie so far is 140megs, so it's not really upload friendly. Once I figure out how to compress it better I'll give it an upload...

I had an old game that you could make movies in tooo...... think it was called 3D movie studio or something like that.... You could even import sound files for voices and give all your characters voices(didn't check if The Movies allowed for that). Of course this one is a lot newer, and looks a lot better. My old one ran on my old P 166

Yes, you can upload sound files, voice and songs... but I'm getting by with using subtitles at the moment

I downloaded a trial version of Sorenson, but I'll get that one too and see which works better

The movie file is a *.wmv, and this program won't support those files.

Careful, I read up on the game and some people who gave it reviews said the game disks had a viruses on them. Or maybe spyware. Whether to believe them? I don't know, but there were apparently multiple complaints about it.

I run multiple programs to cover each danger, and as of yet I've had no issues. Not to say there's nothing going on that I can't detect... but it's ok for me so far.
