Shopping for 10

Dear Lord... how am I suppose to make a shopping list for 10 people for memorial day weekend when I just met the guy. I started the list but ended up with a list of questions to ask him thats as long as the food list already. You can't shop for someone without knowing their eating habits. Fawk

start with basics hamburgers chips beer etc and then worry aoubt hte specifics ( like if theres some freak vegan ) .. if its a lil more high class start with some steaks potates salad etc

is it a bbq or a formal function ?

More of a BBQ.. gets his own fish, and he is a millionaire, so I am thinking steaks, tons of things for grilling and more heath food. The man is in great shape. Plus his two sisters are coming that weekend so I am getting things for smoothies, etc.. light more on the go things for them.

Oh and an entire fridge down stairs just for alkie.. lol so that will be fun to buy

try shark for a bbq .. its really healthy and really good if they like seafood ..its not fish of course .. it has more of a beef consistancy to it ..you have to actually cut it ..sword fish is excellent as well ..dont forget the wine

the shark is great seasoned simply with salt, pepper and garlic powder. Squeeze some fresh lemon juice on it as you turn it. Like cubby said cook it like a steak!

smart man, he is that way too.. he goes fishing on the bay and gets his own fish.. etc.. he is mellow yellow
