Its Vera De Milo, from the show In Living Color

And it says "I want a penis Sandwhich". When I photodshopped it was very clear and readable. Not neatly, cause i did it very quickly with my kid on my lap.
Then for some reason i put it as my avatar, it said the "this picture must be 150 pixels blah blah" and showed my old avatar. then i left for like 4 hrs came back, and it was this. mystery mystery
