I think I have a fucking ear infection. My left ear hurts like there's no tomorrow and I was dizzy walking around.

I agree, if your ear is making any audible noise its probably not a good thing.

fluid moving about middle ear probably which could indicate a drainage problem hence the ear infection.
go to a doctor get it looked at if the pain and dizziness persists.
