I think i have food poisoning!

I made myself a balogna and cheese sandwich the bologna didnt taste right at first but I ate it anyway and now I have a really bad stomach ache and I feel like pukeing. bleh

if you need to throw up do so, if you start to develop a fever then go see a doctor. Usually the body gets rid of poisons by vomiting so don't fight it.

i had food poisoning once. ill never wish that on an enemy. god it was aweful

When ever i have a stomach ache I drink some soda, It helps me burp and normally that makes me feel better, well it makes me feel better, but i don't know about anyone else.

ginger tea is also very good for stomache and digestion problems
