Does anyone play poker?

I play with either real cards with friends, or i go to a bar on Saturday night that has it via NTN, and drink and play it via that with buddies. Never really got into the "online" poker thing, cause its so much better when the people you talk smack to are around you. Just something about hearing 9 other people in the bar yell, "Mr. Beeeeeeeeeef!" when they see me get in the game that makes it more enjoyable, cause they know i will pwn them

I remember NTN back in the old school days, before it was popularized. When it was strictly trivia and QB1. There weren't any ads, except the custom 5 second static image ads of the bar you were in and stuff

Yeah, played it when it was solely trivia. Loved that thing. They offer other stuff like poker now? Oh boy, what other junk they put on there.

Texas Holdem, Blackjack, Fantasy Football via CBSSportsLine, Zombondo or whatever its called (where it asks questions like, "would you rather be operated on by a drunk experienced doctor, or would you rather be operated on by a 4th year medical student?"

Not to mention all the Dodge Ram commercials you can watch

Hey, Countdown is still the most popular and most played trivia game. Its on the NTN tv next to the poker one on saturday nights. Oh, and that other trivia game that wasn't as popular, the one where it wouldn't give hints, just make answers disappear as time went by. Can't remember the name. Wipeout? i don't remember

Same with me, I play mostly with buds. If not I'll head up to the bar on Wednesday and get in the game there.

That game (wipeout??) was/is great. now it sucks cause like you said its all advertisments, and during 5 minutes youll only awnser 3-5 questions. At least with the places up here and in florida do it like that.

but i dont have the time to go out and play, and all my friends suck at poker. it sucks i know all there play styles- will go all in with nothing in their hands.
