Unless you disclose your full and true identity while doing so, you're commiting a federal offense.

Since this is now a federal offense, this means any flames that occur must have the identites of the individuals revealed (false identites count as fraud, leading you into further shit). I WILL NOT enforce this retarded law. They will have to shut this site down. Fuck you law, and Mr. Bush!

not many will go that route. there are hundreds (maybe thousands) of lawyers out there who rake in profits by doing annoyance civil cases. Like the iPod case

I have friends I can ask help. Last two times, he took my case as probono. His reasoning is that he'll make a name for himself and bring more clients in for doing a favor here and there.
