    Forum overhaul to bring it up to date

    So I decided to get off my lazy ass and upgrade to the latest vBulletin. Six years of running vBulletin 3 seemed to be enough. Anyway, over time I will be tweaking and adjusting stuff, playing with the look, giving a frontpage, and whatnot. If you encounter any bugs or if you have any suggestions let me know and I'll try my best to get to everything.
