I didn't even read the article or most of these posts, because I already know that I agree with Stav on such a ridiculous law.
The anoniminity that the internet offers allows us to discuss things we would normally not be able to etc. etc. and anger is as much an expression as anything. Since names are not involved, there is no threat for Defamation or any shit like that (I think the fact people can be sued for Defamation is bullshit as well).
We are supposed to be able to express our freedom of speech, but that is practically dead along with many other good traditional American values. It was no suprise to me to have read an article today about how un-democratic the US really is.
Sadly, I still can't think of any better country to live... Now, if we could get rid of some of the stupid ideas people come up with it could be a utopia, LOL.
